Leadership Savannah is looking for applicants for the Class of 2024. We seek proven leaders who aspire to the opportunity to grow further. For more than 60 years, Leadership Savannah has been identifying, enhancing, and training the leaders of the greater Savannah area. With more than 1500 graduates, Leadership Savannah’s intimate environment fosters lasting, close bonds among class members and alums.

Each program is designed to enhance individual participants’ understanding of the community and their own leadership skills. Class members will interact with key Chatham and Savannah officials, leaders, and strategic community partners. Each program offers a deeper understanding of a section of our community. Education, tourism, local government, law enforcement, and economic development are several fields the program offers.

Participant selection is a thorough process that includes consideration based on proven leadership, growth potential, a strong record of active civic involvement outside of what may be required by your employer, and similar factors. Applicants must have approval from their Supervisor(s) and affirmatively represent so on the application. The Selections Committee seeks thoughtful, attentive, original, specific, and impactful responses.

Please note that Leadership Savannah selections are a highly competitive process. Letters of recommendation can be submitted but are not required. Applicants not selected from prior years are encouraged to reapply. There are no automatic admissions.
