Progress on New Tybee Island Marine Science Center Facility
Tybee Island’s brand new Marine Science Center is making big construction progress! Construction on its expansion began in January of 2019 and at the end of the year, progress was moving right along. Framing and roofing has been completed and storefront glass has been installed. Now the crew has set to work on the inside of the facility. The Center’s staff is hoping work will be completed by March of this year.
