Registration for the 2019 Publix Savannah Women’s Half & 5K is officially open at SavannahWomensHalf.com. Super Saver rates, the lowest pricing of the year, are currently available at $60 for the half marathon and $30 for the 5K, but prices are set to increase on June 1.
The race, scheduled for April 6, 2019, traces a course through some of the city’s most lush and beautiful historic squares during peak blooming season, and provides an opportunity for women to travel to Savannah to share a long weekend with girlfriends and family.

2,497 runners and walkers took part in the 2018 race. Registration will be limited to 3,000 for the fifth annual race in 2019. Director of the Savannah Sports Council Rob Wells says that in the five years since the Council began hosting the race, it has become a landmark event: “Our route is designed specifically to showcase Savannah’s beauty and history, two of its biggest draws. Since the first year this event has proved to be extremely popular, with 40 states and 10 different countries represented in 2018. We’re very excited to be hosting our fifth annual race in 2019 and are looking forward to future announcements about our fifth year celebration!”
