In partnership with Savannah Technical College, the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a workshop for individuals interested in starting an in-home childcare service in Chatham County. Scheduled for Monday, September 23, at Savannah Tech, this informative event will equip attendees with the knowledge and resources needed to launch their own childcare business successfully.

The workshop will cover essential topics such as state regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices for creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. In addition to expert presentations, local and state government representatives and the Chamber’s membership team will be available to answer specific questions.

Quality, affordable childcare is becoming increasingly important to our local economy as our community grows. The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to expanding childcare availability to meet the needs of our businesses.
