The Chamber Holds Savannah Chatham Day Legislative Oyster Roast in Atlanta
Last week’s Savannah-Chatham Day in Atlanta brought more than 200 Savannah business professionals to Atlanta for an opportunity to network with local and state elected officials and their key staff. After an afternoon of meetings and business under the Gold Dome, more than 800 people attended the event at the Georgia Freight Depot.
The Savannah-style Oyster Roast and Low Country Boil is an annual favorite in Atlanta, and this year was no exception. Savannah Mayor Van Johnson helped Chairman Allyson Harvin and Chamber President Bert Brantley put out the event’s signature aprons. Along with numerous members of the General Assembly, the Chamber was happy to welcome Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens to the festivities this year.
