Vice President of Communications and Marketing Jeremy Harvey and Marketing Coordinator Megan Kelley attended the Georgia Governor’s Tourism Conference in LaGrange, Georgia on September 9-11. As the largest tourism conference in Georgia, the event brought tourism marketers together from around the state. Harvey and Kelley met with exhibitors including TripAdvisor, Atlanta Magazine, the Atlanta-Journal Constitution and others and also attended sessions on marketing, content that engages, workforce issues and leadership. Under the theme of “Leading the Pack,” more than 500 people attended the educational sessions, hear updates from Explore Georgia, the state’s tourism agency, and the keynote and awards presentations by Governor Brian Kemp.
