The Chamber Power Hour Presented by The Small Business Council | August 1

Each month, The Chamber Power Hour will feature a guest speaker presenting a topic relevant to small business owners and employees. In August, Jeffrey Williamson of J.L. Williamson Law Group, will discuss the tax ramifications to consider when selecting which type of business entity to start. While important, tax issues should not be the only consideration; asset protection is also critical. This presentation will explain the different asset protection advantages of LLCs versus corporations and also explain the process of converting corporations to LLCs with no negative tax consequences. Obviously this presentation will be of interest to current business owners, but individuals who are considering starting their own businesses will also find the program beneficial.
Please don’t miss this educational opportunity! Vincenzo’s Italian Restaurant & Catering Company will be providing a luncheon menu of:

– Chicken fajitas
