Georgia Transportation Alliance to Host Transportation Leadership Forum Jan. 6

Please join the Georgia Transportation Alliance and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce for a “coffee and conversation” style meeting to discuss key transportation topics prior to the 2016 legislative session.
Date:  Wednesday, January 6, 2016
Time:  3:00-4:30 p.m.
Location:  Savannah/Chatham Country Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) (110 East State Street)
RSVP:  Click here to RSVP by Monday, Jan. 4.

The discussions will feature three prominent members of the Georgia General Assembly on economic development and transportation issues. Invited speakers include: Senator Steve Gooch (R-Dahlonega), Senator Tommie Williams (R-Lyons), and Representative Christian Coomer (R-Cassville). These forums will equip business and community leaders with the information needed to discuss the benefits of HB 170 in their respective communities. This will also create a forum for more detailed, “in the weeds” discussions about the mechanics and outcomes of the legislation in various communities.

Although this forum is complimentary, only those who RSVP by Monday, Jan. 4 can be accommodated.
