OLD TOWN TROLLEY TOURS

Congratulations to Old Town Trolley Tours on their 25th anniversary in Savannah! Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah is hosting its silver anniversary celebration to benefit the Massie Heritage Center on Thursday, June 7 from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Old Town Trolley Office. The anniversary reception will feature cocktails from Congress Street Up, appetizers by local chefs, gift bags for the first 100 attendees, a photobooth, and amazing door prizes.

Old Town Trolley Tours is a Savannah icon: its orange and green cars comprise the largest trolley fleet in the city, and locals recently voted it Connect Savannah’s 2018 Best Local Tour Company. Join them to celebrate their 25th anniversary!

SAVANNAH TOURS AND TALES

Join Savannah Tours and Tales for a special ribbon cutting event Friday, June 8 at Emmet Park! Savannah Tours and Tales’ walking tours share the local history of the Irish, Native Americans and Gullah-Geechees. Owner and Tour Guide KT O’Brien is a sixth generation local Savannahian who is excited to reveal these tales to you. From Tomochichi to Kehoe to Queen Quet, KT has much to tell! Please join Savannah Tours and Tales’ ribbon cutting for refreshments and discussion about Savannah history.

JDOG JUNK REMOVAL

JDog Junk Removal Lowcountry will celebrate its Savannah grand opening with a family-friendly fundraiser at Service Brewing on June 12 to support the Nine Line Foundation, an organization dedicated to meeting the financial and specialized needs of severely injured soldiers and their families. The event is free to attend but donations to the Nine Line Foundation are encouraged.

JDog Junk Removal Lowcountry is an American-owned, veteran-operated junk removal franchise now serving the Savannah community. JDog Junk Removal’s mission is to empower veterans through entrepreneurship. The company hires veterans and military family members, and serves the Savannah community the same way it served our country–with respect, integrity, and trust. JDog Junk Removal recycles, reprocesses, and repurposes 80 percent of the items it collects, reducing the environmental impact of this “junk.”

THE ESCAPE COMPANY

The Escape Company celebrated its official grand opening last week at its location below Anthropologie at 30 Montgomery Street. The event also served as a fundraiser for the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia, and featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, photo booth, cocktails, appetizers by local chefs, and door prizes.

The Escape Company’s Savannah location features fun, immersive escape rooms with varying levels of difficulty that anyone from beginners to expert escapists will enjoy. Perfect for small groups or private parties, the Escape Company is also the only escape room in Savannah to feature a bar. Congratulations to The Escape Company!
