Tide & Country will host the grand opening of its Sandfly design studio and lighting showroom on Thursday, September 19 at 5:30 p.m. Tide & Country is Savannah’s premier lighting manufacturer. Their design and fabrication team create custom lighting for your home or business and can bring light back to your antique fixtures. They have the expertise and experience to take on unique projects of any size, indoor and outdoor. Last week, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Midtown hosted an open house as they celebrate their grand reopening following a fire in March of 2018. The hotel used the closure as an opportunity to rebrand itself and unveil an all-new look. The staff and management invited the community to join them and their partners Old Town Trolley Tours and Longhorn Steakhouse to officially open the doors and welcome the public with door prizes and hors d’oeuvres. THE SAVANNAH JAYCEES
The Savannah Jaycees have worked together to update their meeting space in order to carry out their mission, and offer the approximately 2,300 square foot building to other organizations in the area. The updates include kitchen renovations, new appliances, flooring, new roofing and siding, WiFi installation, fresh paint on both the interior and exterior, and a more modern look overall. The group hosted an official ribbon cutting ceremony last week to showcase all the new improvements to the facility, providing networking opportunities, lunch, and a chance to tour the updated space. Congrats on opening up your new space, Savannah Jaycees!
THE AZALEA BOUTIQUE AT CHATHAM PARKWAY LEXUS
The Pittman Family, owners of Chatham Parkway Lexus, recently celebrated the opening of their newest addition: the Azalea Boutique, a Lexus apparel and accessories store, located inside the dealership at 1120 Chatham Parkway. The mayor along with other dignitaries were on hand to help cut the official ribbon. The shop will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. until noon.
