BYRD COOKIE COMPANY
Byrd Cookie Company is proud to announce that their fourth retail location at 423 East River Street is open for business. The new store features a cookie bar for sampling their world famous cookies, a milk dispenser providing ice cold milk (because what goes better with cookies than cold milk?) and a wide selection of unique Savannah giftware.
“We’re excited to be open on River Street,” says Stephanie Lindley, CEO. “We’ve had out eye on this locale for years and are thrilled to be bringing our famous cookies to Savannah’s most famous street. BEEF JERKY OUTLET
The newest Beef Jerky Outlet celebrates its grand opening on Saturday, November 5. The store is located in the Savannah Tanger Outlet, just off of Pooler Parkway. Festivities with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, November 4 at 10:30 a.m. Then on Saturday, November 5 the “meat” of the celebration takes place at the store starting at 10 a.m. This fun local Beef Jerky Outlet specialized in more than 200 varieties and sizes of premium jerky including exotic meats like kangaroo, alligator, venison and elk, as well as specialty flavors such as moonshine and Cajun. During the grand opening celebration, first responders and military personnel will receive a 10% discount on their purchases. Event highlights will include door prizes and complimentary samplings of gourmet popsicles made with fresh herbs and the finest organic ingredients. The grand opening will be Wednesday, November 9 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 6 p.m. The store will be collecting food for the local nonprofit charity America’s Second Harvest Food Bank as well as donating a percentage of the profits from the store during the month of November to the Historic Savannah Foundation (HSF).
