THE AMERICAN PROHIBITION MUSEUM
Savannah’s newest attraction, the American Prohibition Museum Experience & Speakeasy, celebrates its arrival to historic City Market with a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday, June 13 at noon.
Not your typical “dry” museum, the American Prohibition Museum is the first in the United States dedicated to telling the intoxicating tale of the 18 years that the country was “alcohol free.” The museum is an immersive experience which will expose its guests to life-like wax figures, restored vintage vehicles, innovative displays, costumed expert docents and an authentic speakeasy bar–right in the middle of the museum!

THE CINNAMON BEAR STORES
The Cinnamon Bear Stores, a family-owned group of high-end gift markets serving the Southeast for more than 20 years, will open its fifth location on Tuesday, June 13, at Twelve Oaks Shopping Center, 5500 Abercorn Street. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m.; food and refreshments will be available for guests.
To celebrate the grand opening, Cinnamon Bear’s owners will donate a percentage of total sales for the entire month of June to the Marne Community and Spouses’ Club of Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield, a 501c3 non-profit, social and welfare organization that supports the military community through social outreach, academic scholarships and welfare grants. The Cinnamon Bear will also offer a 15 percent discount during the grand opening day to those with a valid military ID and to employees of Chamber member businesses.
All customers will have an opportunity to pop a balloon to receive a surprise discount; prizes range from 10 percent to 100 percent off the gift purchase. The grand opening celebration will also feature a balloon artist, caricature artist and “Cinnamon” the Bear. A grand-prize raffle will be drawn at the end of the day; guests do not need to be present to win.

RESTORATION CHIROPRACTIC
Restoration Chiropractic is hosting their grand opening event Thursday, June 15 from 5-7:30 p.m. Restoration Chiropractic is a pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic office specializing in neurostructural correction, which restores the structure and function of the body so that it can function at its optimum capacity. This type of treatment helps pregnant women prepare for the birth process, which is shown to reduce labor time and intensity, and children as young as 1-week-old in their development and growth.
