The service we provide is Practitioner Assisted Stretching. Our clients come in for half hour sessions and get stretched by a certified practitioner. We have stretching tables with a patented strapping system to allow for deeper stretches and better isolation. We can help anyone from professional athletes to average Joes…even people with spinal fusions and hip and knee replacements.
While traditional stretching methods attempt to make you more “flexible,” we work to adjust the stretch reflex. This way, trying out the Stretch Zone Method® gradually increases your active range of motion. Utilizing our patented equipment, our Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific methods and protocols to properly position, stabilize, isolate, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior.
