As part of the “Tools to Grow Your Business” seminar series, SCORE presents The Business Model Canvas workshop. This workshop describes the use, purpose and  location of the nine essential elements describing your company. The layout encourages your management team to think about how the pieces interact as your business goes through various phases of growth. By understanding the anatomy of a successful business, you will be positioned to create real value for your customers and stakeholders and move ahead of competition.
An experienced member of the Savannah SCORE team, workshop leader Allen Torpie holds an MS degree from Cornell in organizational behavior and an MS degree in management from MIT.  During his business career he held senior management positions within the electrical wire and cable industry.
