The Savannah Economic Development Authority’s mission is to help create, grow and attract job opportunities and investment to the Savannah region.
Part of that mission is to continue developing and investing in our region – growing pillar industries and developing new ones. With that focus in mind, SEDA has commissioned AngelouEconomics, an economic development consulting firm, to complete a Competitive Positioning, Target Industry Economic Development Strategy and Action Plan – or as it is being called– Propel Savannah. This plan, which will be released in 2019, will give SEDA and our community a road map to leverage assets, help reach diversification goals and foster strong economic growth into the future.

The community’s help is needed to develop a new comprehensive plan. AngelouEconomics is currently conducting a survey and invites those who are interested to submit feedback and ideas. A critical understanding of our current environment is essential to the development of a robust strategic plan for years to come.
