This week, check out JCB’s apprenticeship program. Designed to prepare high school students for a JCB career, the collaborative program is growing a skilled and knowledgeable workforce through hands-on experience and leadership training. JCB considers their apprentices full time employees and offers a competitive salary throughout the program.
