Travel + Leisure, one of the world’s premier travel publications, has opened its 2019 World’s Best survey to readers. You can help Savannah businesses to earn valuable recognition from one of the strongest voices in travel by visiting Travel + Leisure’s 2019 World’s Best survey page and completing surveys on nominated hotels, our airport, and on Savannah as a travel destination.
Best of all, when you take the survey, you’ll be entered for the chance to win incredible prizes: 3 lucky voters will win a $10,000 cash prize, and the grand prize winner will get a $10,000 dream trip for two, planned by a Travel + Leisure A-List Agent.

Every year, the publication asks travelers to share their opinions on the top destinations and travel companies. Readers can weigh in on everything from hotels and airlines to cities and cruises, and the results are published online and in the August issue of Travel + Leisure. Visit Savannah has created a virtual toolkit for you to use in order to help you promote Savannah during the survey period, which you can find at VisitSavannah.com. You can use the short video and provided images on your website or social media channels to help encourage your customers to participate in the survey and vote for Savannah. Instructions for completing the survey and sample social media posts are below.

Survey Instructions
When you access the survey, you must begin by registering with your email address and zip code (this is how the publication will notify you if you win a prize, so keep an eye on your email after the survey period closes!). After submitting your registration and answering a few questions about yourself, you will select the categories in which you wish to submit surveys. Select United States > Georgia. Savannah is nominated under the categories of Hotels, Airports and Cities, so be sure to select these categories to rate.

After you select a category, you will be shown a number of nominees. In the Hotel category, you can complete surveys on Andaz Savannah, The Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront, The Hamilton-Turner Inn, The Mansion on Forsyth Park, Perry Lane Hotel, The Alida and The Brice. You can select each property to survey; you do NOT have to rank the hotel properties or pick only one.

In the Airports category, select the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport to respond to a survey about our airport. And in the Cities category, select Savannah to respond to a survey about our city.
