Savannah Sports Council Participates in Downtown Business Association’s Monthly Luncheon Panel
Savannah Sports Council’s Event Manager Marissa Guarneiri spoke on a July panel at the Downtown Business Association Monthly Luncheon. The luncheon also featured representatives from the ClubCar Championships and the Savannah Ghost Pirates.
Marissa discussed the role of sports tourism in Savannah and how businesses could profit from sponsoring or supporting incoming events. She also discussed opportunities for businesses to showcase their products and services to the thousands of participants that attend events like the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run and the Publix Savannah Women’s Half Marathon & 5K.
