Excitement Builds as NACo Annual Conference Set for Savannah in 2027
While attending Destinations International’s tourism conference in Tampa, Visit Savannah President and CEO Joseph Marinelli stopped by the Tampa Convention Center to visit with Darrin Crittington, Director of Meetings, and Brian Ramey, CEO of the National Association of Counties (NACo) while they were in town attending their organization’s annual conference. NACo supports nearly 40,000 county elected officials and 3.6 million county employees. After years of Visit Savannah courting this business opportunity, NACo will hold its annual conference in Savannah in 2027. Marinelli stated that excitement for the 2027 conference is already building, and we look forward to welcoming their attendees.
