Earlier this month, Visit Savannah was a presenting sponsor of the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE) 100th Anniversary Celebration in Atlanta.  President Joseph Marinelli and National Sales Manager Jennifer Thompson were both on hand, along with Cece Corbin from the Westin Savannah Harbor, Lidja Ahmetovic from the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center, Cheryl Talley from the Hyatt Regency, and Mary Elizabeth McMahon from the Savannah Riverfront Marriott, pictured here with Joel Peacock of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals and his wife Ginger. State associations from around Georgia make up much of the “bread and butter” of Savannah’s convention calendar throughout the year and this sponsorship was an appropriate way to share the appreciation of our tourism and hospitality community for the business that these groups bring us year after year.
