Destination Services Team Attends Destinations International Summit
Recently, Laurie Humphries, Visit Savannah’s destination services manager, and Kasey Ricketts, sports & services coordinator, attended the Destinations International Convention Sales & Services Summit in Washington D.C. This conference focused on delivering value to meeting planners by enhancing experiential elements to conventions and events, incorporating local businesses and how planners view CVBs as partners in planning. This annual meeting combines convention and visitors bureaus from across the country along with meeting planners from top organizations serving as speakers and panelists.
