Melissa Hayes, Visit Savannah’s group tour & entertainment manager, has been on the move promoting Savannah! First, Hayes was in Nashville late last month attending Tour Connection where she encouraged booking agents in the film and music industry to consider Savannah for their next project. After Nashville, Melissa went to Toronto for the annual Ontario Motor Coach Association conference, where she met with dozens of tour companies and operators from Ontario and beyond. Showing off Savannah’s appeal to the Canadian market was practically effortless thanks to a variety of hotel and activity options for all group types, Savannah’s mild winters, and new direct routes through Air Canada.
