Savannah Hotels Gear Up for National BETA Conference Influx
More than 30 hoteliers in Savannah’s Historic District convened this week to finalize preparations for the upcoming National BETA Conference, which will welcome over 21,000 students, educators, and families from June 9 to 19, 2024.
In collaboration with Visit Savannah’s Convention Services team, hotels meticulously reviewed transportation plans, including designated shuttle routes, water ferry services, and guest pick-up points, to ensure seamless travel for attendees throughout the city.
Each downtown hotel received informative signage detailing transportation options for display in their lobbies and staff stickers embodying Savannah’s signature Southern hospitality to greet the National BETA guests.
