In collaboration with other famed southern cities, Visit Savannah recently infused a touch of southern hospitality and warmth into chilly Canada. Mindy Shea, overseeing international sales, participated in a week-long sales initiative with Travel South USA, promoting the southeast to global travelers. Apart from engaging in individual sessions with tour operators and media figures in Toronto and Montreal, the team also enlisted the talents of American Idol victor Taylor Hicks, treating audiences to his renowned blues and soul performances.
