Visit Savannah’s Destination Services Manager, Stephanie Muelher, welcomed International Association Emergency Managers city-wide into Savannah last week.

Savannah is the host city for over 2,300 members of the International Emergency Managers Association (IAEM) taking place Saturday, November 12th through Thursday, November 17th. The event will be at the Savannah Convention Center and will utilize 10 hotels throughout the Historic District.

IAEM is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to promoting the “Principles of Emergency Management” and representing those professionals whose goals are saving lives and protecting property and the environment during emergencies and disasters. This is the third time over the last 10 years that this event has been in our city.
