Kellie Linder, national sales manager at Visit Savannah, hosted the Henson Media-Police Fleet Expo this week for a site visit in Savannah. This expo showcases the newest lines of police fleet vehicles and the accessories that go along with the cars.
Following this week’s visit, the Police Fleet Expo announced that they have chosen Savannah for their August 2019 convention, which will host between 500 and 700 attendees and more than 100 exhibitors, along with representatives from Ford, Chevy and Dodge. The convention will utilize the Savannah Convention Center along with the Grand Prize of America racetrack and the Westin’s docks for demos of police vehicles on land and in the water. Lisa McDade with Expo said she has “never seen a city that is more beautiful, welcoming and accommodating than Savannah.”
