Tybee Info Hut Visitation Increased 16% Year-Over-Year in May
May’s visitor count at the Tybee Island Info Hut showed an increase of 16 percent over May of 2016.
Located at the base of the pier, Visit Tybee staff will operate the Tybee Island Info Hut for the summer season. Visit Tybee staff will provide visitors with island information, directions and distribute Visit Tybee and Visit Savannah Visitor Guides in partnership with the City of Tybee.
This is the fourth year Visit Tybee has staffed the Info Hut.
Info Hut hours are Thursday through Sunday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Pictured here is Visit Tybee’s Ed Simpson..
