Visit Savannah’s Mindy Shea, director of tour, travel and international sales, recently had the opportunity to meet with nearly 50 tour operators who promote international travel to the U.S. This year’s Connect Travel Marketplace was held in Kissimmee, Florida, and attracted operators from as far away as China, India, the Netherlands, Europe and South America. During the course of the individual appointments, Shea was able to provide updated information and itinerary suggestions for Savannah, as well as the latest offerings in hotels, restaurants, tours and attractions.
