Visit Savannah has launched a new podcast, “Savannah, Georgia: Anything but Ordinary.” This podcast is dedicated to sharing the alluring stories of rich history, eccentric charm and cultural diversity that make Savannah a one-of-a-kind place to live, work and play. Each episode, Visit Savannah sits down with a local expert to discuss various Savannah topics. Topics to date include Savannah ghost stories, St. Patrick’s Day and Irish culture, Pirates in Savannah, and queer culture. To date, the podcast has generated over 2,400 downloads. Produced in-house by our Video Production Coordinator Tyler Edic and hosted by Social Media Manager Shannon Lowery, the podcast is available on VisitSavannah.com, Amazon Music, Podbean, Alexa, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, iTunes and iHeartRadio, Pandora, and will soon be on Spotify.
