The Visit Savannah digital content team is excited to share that the podcast, “Savannah, Georgia: Anything But Ordinary,” has reached the milestone of 30,000 downloads as of close-of-business 2021. After a year of planning and preparation, the project was launched in August 2020 and quickly became one of the most innovative content endeavors of 2021. Notably, John Berendt, author of the acclaimed novel “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil,” was interviewed for the show in the fall of 2021. Other guests have included Matt and Michelle Meece of the Savannah Theatre, Dr. Joe Richardson of Tybee Beach Ecology Tours, and T.C. Michaels from Genteel & Bard Fine Savannah Tours.
