Visit Savannah Receives House Resolution in Honor of 40th Anniversary
Georgia House Rep. Ron Stephens presented Visit Savannah President Joseph Marinelli with House Resolution 1547 at Visit Savannah’s May board meeting. The resolution recognizes and honors the Visit Savannah (Savannah CVB) on its 40 years of service to Savannah, Chatham County and the state of Georgia and the tens of millions of dollars generated in visitor spending each year.
Stephens went on to thank the Visit Savannah board for its continued commitment and leadership and spoke to the overall economic impact that tourism marketing and the tourism industry has in Savannah, Chatham County, along the Georgia coast and throughout the state.
