Visitor Center Gift Shop Sees Record Sales
In April 2022, the Gift Shop at the MLK Visitor Information Center saw record sales revenue. The shop’s success is due to Susan Howard, gift shop manager for over seven years, and her excellent customer service, merchandising and buying skills. The top-selling item each month continues to be Leopold’s Ice Cream.
